Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the services offered by Nicto LLC ("LeadBehavior") through leadbehavior.com.
1. Subscription Services
LeadBehavior services are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
2. No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused services, upgrades/downgrades, or dissatisfaction with the results of the Service.
We do not guarantee specific results regarding bot detection or advertising performance. Failure to achieve desired results is not grounds for a refund.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@leadbehavior.com.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period for which you have already paid. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue the service.
4. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you will be automatically billed if you do not cancel before the end of the free trial. No refunds will be issued after a free trial has ended and a charge has been processed.
5. Exceptions and Billing Errors
Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Nicto LLC. If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the billing date to be eligible for an adjustment or credit.
