Manage who has access to your Leadbehavior account. Invite team members, assign admin roles, and control access.
The user table displays:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The user's name, or "Pending Invite" if they haven't yet signed up |
| The user's email address | |
| Admin | Whether the user has admin privileges (Yes/No) |
The invited user will appear in the table as "Pending Invite" until they create an account and sign in with the invited email address.
Duplicate Emails
If you try to invite an email that's already active on the account, you'll see a notification that the user is already active.

Each plan includes a maximum number of users:

When you've reached your plan's user limit, the Invite A New User button is replaced with a message prompting you to upgrade your plan.
"You have reached the maximum number of users for your plan"
Your account has hit the user limit for your current subscription. Upgrade your plan to add more users.
Invited user can't access the account
