Pricing & Credits

Leadbehavior uses a credit-based pricing model. Each lead that is scored—whether from your website, HubSpot, or Meta Business Manager—consumes one credit.

How Credits Work

  • Credits consumed per lead: 1 credit per scored lead
  • Billing cycle: Credits reset at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually)
  • Overage: If you exceed your plan's included credits, additional credits are billed at your plan's per-credit rate
  • Usage tracking: View your current usage in Account Settings → Billing

What Uses Credits

Credits are consumed when Leadbehavior scores a lead. This includes:

  • Website leads — Form submissions, purchases, or other conversions tracked via the Leadbehavior tag
  • HubSpot form submissions — Leads scored by the Form Submission Agent in your HubSpot workflows
  • Meta Business Leads — Leads from Facebook or Instagram lead forms connected to your account

Managing Your Subscription

  • View usage: app.leadbehavior.com/account/billing
  • Upgrade or change plan: Use the billing page to manage your subscription
  • Credit usage warnings: You'll receive an email when you approach 75% of your included credits
