Connecting Meta Business Manager

Connect your Meta (Facebook) account to Leadbehavior to:

• Score Meta Business Leads — Automatically score leads from Facebook and Instagram lead forms
• Send conversion events — Push quality-adjusted conversion data to Meta via the Conversions API (for Website leads)

Prerequisites

• A Meta Business Manager account
• Admin access to at least one Meta Page (required for the connection)
• A Business Plan or higher subscription

Business Plan Required

Meta integration requires a Business Plan subscription. Upgrade your plan to enable this feature.

Setup Steps

1. Navigate to Account Settings

1. Log in to app.leadbehavior.com
2. Go to Account in the navigation menu
3. Click Meta Connector (or open app.leadbehavior.com/account/meta directly)

2. Connect to Meta

1. Click Connect To Meta
2. You'll be redirected to Meta to authorize Leadbehavior
3. Complete the authorization and return to Leadbehavior

3. Select Your Meta Page

1. After authorization, select the Meta Page you want to connect
2. You must have admin access to the page
3. Click Connect Meta Page

4. Create Meta Business Leads

Once connected, you can create leads of type Meta Business Lead and select from your page's leadgen forms. See Creating and Modifying Leads for details.

Troubleshooting

No leadgen forms appear when creating a Meta Business Lead

Create a lead form in Meta Business Manager Leads Center. Leadbehavior pulls forms from your connected page.

Reconnecting

If you're having issues, use Reconnect To Meta on the Meta Connector page to re-authorize.

Next Steps

• Create a Meta Business Lead to score leads from your Facebook or Instagram forms
• For Website leads, configure Meta Event Name and Pixel ID on each lead—no account-level Meta connection is required for that, but the Conversions API benefits from proper setup
